Director of Liverpool Psychotherapy Practice, and purveyor of a recent discovery in the field, Alun Parry tells of how his sessions have been totally changed by that discovery, with great results for his clients. Memory Reconsolidation is a way of overwriting learned behaviour that stems from trauma. Alun himself uses ‘Imaginal work’ to facilitate the process. He also aims to keep people in ‘the chair’ for as little times as possible, happy to see clients resolve difficulty and move on with their lives.
